I've been in a bag-making frenzy!  It started with some reusable shopping totes that I made for my family's white elephant gift exchange.  My crafty Aunt Mari snagged these bags: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=331112.0

I decided to make more from my various remnants.  I used a free pattern/tutorial from morsbags.com
For my gal pal:


For my cousin, this one took a bit of patchworking to get enough material together:

Then my mom said she wanted a wine caddy of sorts to cart to parties, ideally holding two bottles of wine.  Thus, I fashioned this, with no cost to me, since I used remnants and excess supplies:

The totes are great! I checked out the other thread you linked to (I love the embroidery!) - out of the morsbags pattern or the Burda pattern, which one did you like better?

Great bags! I love the wine caddy! How do you get it to stand up.... especially with a bottle of wine in it?!?  ?Stiff interfacing?

Juaniece, that's it exactly! Stiff interfacing in the bottom and in the top band for extra security.
