I thought it would be fun to make action figures for my co-workers this Christmas.  After playing around with them for several days I decided to make bobble heads instead.  As time got closer I just decided to use prefab bodies of snowmen that I bought and nix the moving heads.  The heads are about 2-2 1/2 inches in height and made from polymer clay.  Because I ran out of time, I purchased the bodies .... they were snowmen (the white one was a Santa though) and I took off their heads and replaced them with mine.  After I made the ones for my coworkers I also made some for my husband's father and brothers.  They loved them.  Hope you enjoy them too.

Sorry, photos are a little grainy... taken with my phone

Someone asked to see the actual people so here they are...again, sorry about the quality of the photos

I love the eyes in the tutorial!  No, I created little white polymer eyes.. actually little balls and then painted the rest. Once in the face I covered them with a gloss.  Thanks for that link.

I just couldn't help myself and hit the "this rocks" button! The detail in your faces astounds me! The little teeth and the eyes and hair... I can't imagine how long these took you to make!

These are too awesome for words. I love the way the heads work so well with the bodies. Great job!
