That is such a cute idea! My daughter grows really slow, so last years tights still fit her this year. Next year I'm not sure if I'll get so lucky, so I'm definitely going to have to keep this on my to do list!

Awesome idea. My daughter also manages to get holes in the toes before she outgrows them. However I think you could cut off the foot and sew the bottom shut. Then it would be like a tube sock! I'm gonna try it.
