Sorry about your bad luck with the animals; they're just as much members of the family as anyone else!

As for the craftalong, I'm pretty sure the general consensus so far is that it really doesn't matter if you make it even close to fifty, it's just a way to keep your crafts straight/get motivation/see what others make.  Anything you complete is progress, and we would love to see it!  No one's breathing down your neck to make sure you finish anything; we're just here to say how awesome it is if you do!

So sorry to hear about your kitty  
I remember the day that I found out my greyhound had cancer.  She had skin cancer and soon afterwards had 15 little masses removed.  It cost a ton but in the end it gave her almost 2 years longer to live.  She was such a sweet little crack dog (long story - she was high strung sometimes)

Don't give up on your 50.  When you feel like crafting, it will all come back to you.

If I did not have crafting to distract me, I would not have been able to get through a lot...take a break and come back whenever...like everyone reminds us...this is not a contest or requirement!  It is suppose to be fun and to help you!  Sorry to hear your bad news ...

Sorry to hear bad news (through these last replies).  Pets are to be cherished, since they give us everything and depend on us for everything.  My hugs to whoever's going through that.  Come back when you feel like to, it's good to have others to talk big or small talk.

Thanks guys *hugs all around* And no worries its not as if Im feeling any pressure or anything Im just not sure what to expect.
We have our cat back at home but all we were told is "probably not long" so I know when it finally comes down to it were all going to hit a giant slump. And judging by the last slump Im not sure how long it will be until I start like doing much aside from things Ive already kind of started.

4. nintendo shirt ( i dont have a picture of this because it was for a scap, and I forgot to take one before I sent it.)

6. motorcycle seat (I re-upholstered my boyfriend's motorcycle seat. He has been working on it for a while now, and asked his cute, crafty girlfriend to paint the gas tank and fix the hole-ridden seat.)

8. laptop bag (This was originally a sweatshirt I picked up when I was in 9th grade and my marching band played for the Paralympics. Great memories... and now its a fabulous laptop bag!)

I've caught a stomach bug from my kids. I've been sleeping pretty much non-stop since yesterday afternoon. Just wanted to pop in and say hello and check in. I hope eveyone will get more done than I will this weekend. I'll be posting my May mini list as soon as I'm feeling better.

5: Finish T-shirt quilt
6: A set of alphabet inchies
7: Monogram cross stitch for oma (birthday)
8: Monogram cross stitch for sis (christmas)
9: Monogram cross stitch for mom (christmas)
10: Set (I'm thinking 2) embroidered flour sack towels
11: Set of rice bags
12: Lavender sachet bags (This one will have to wait until after the lavender blooms )
13: Blue sun stencil tee (firefly ftw!)
14: Small plushie set for cutiepie nephew

16: 25 ATCs (ambitious? who knows... never made one before but they're so cute, I just have to try)

19: 10 dozen cookies for the freezer for the holidays (is this crafty?)
20: Recon dd's too-short-but-otherwise-still-fit jeans into cute, NOT BOOTY SHORT cutoffs.  Little explanation here-- It seems that shorts being sold for 9 year old girls are either a) covering them decently, or b) cute.  There is no c) both.
21: Repaint and stencil the patio table.
