So, I have a question for those of you who make things for sale or on commission.

I have been commissioned by a friend to make her two kids ipod cases like mine, and also by the Freemasons to redo their knealing alter thingy (i don't know the actual name for it) so, would you count those in your 50 or not? I've been going back and forth on it.

I just finished cutting all the pieces for my next quilt this morning. And I got some more pillowcases to make bags from! yay thrift stores!

Same here.  It only counts if it's a new item.

I make tissue holders all the time so I am only counting it as ONE project even if I make 50 of them!

Thanks! I guess I didn't think of it that way, but the baby is my biggest WIP! Maybe I should add it to my list!

uhm--no, according to the rules, you would have had to START the project in 2010--it still takes 9 months to incubate a baby, right?   counting backwards, uh--nope...does not qualify!

I signed up for my first swap today! I'm super nervous, but it's a pretty small one so it should be good.  It's the science/geek OTT swap.  I definitely have the geek thing down, so I should be good to go.

  I guess you're right! bummer. I was thinking I should be able to mark the baby as like 10 spots on my list! Guess it's back to the crafting in the meantime!

what rules??   does that mean that if I finish a project that I started 20 years ago, and haven't worked on in over 10, that I can't count it as a completed project?
