I love Snape ami!! Did you use a pattern? So cute.

No pattern. I couldn't find any for snape. Plenty for Harry out there, but none that fit for Snape. So I just made it up as I went with a lot of trial and error (especially on the pants!). Of course there are always things I'd change after I finished it, but it got a squeal out of my friend, who knew what it was instantly, so I consider it a success Cheesy

I adore your white ruffled shirt! Love the gathered ones and the popeye one as well. Very impressive! I can't sew fanciness like that at all. lol.

I think I shall post a July list!!  Yay!!  I accomplished pretty much nothing in June, so here we go, lol

*Post scrapbook mini to the scrapbook board (yes, technically I finished this in June, but there are no pictures so I'm not counting it as done)

*Finish and post the wall art in my kitchen and bedroom

*Find and hem DD's skirt (yeah, I'm slow!)

*Do at least 6 spreads in my art journal (I did five for June)

*Survive this ridiculous throat infection!!  That one's kind of the priority, lol.

June has been a really bad month to me.  I even did very little crafting.  Luckily this month is going to be better, and to confirm a good beginning, I've made a couple of bath mitts.

It takes me just over 2 hours to make one of these, and the polyester corded yarn works lovely in the shower.  I'm glad I finally found a pattern of a mitt that looks really good.

This month I hope to go ahead with my knitted vest and sweater and do some more sewing.  I've also bought a reel of thing craft wire to try and knit it.  For the rest, I think I'll concentrate on organising my room and recording health tips to help me along.  Oh, and finding a job.

lady4feet I love your shirts... so inspiring.
And Deeder, I love your dress.

We poured concrete countertops today. Hooray! Some day in the not too distant future I will be able to use my kitchen again... and set up my craft nook too!
