I am lamer than you....I have only done swap projects and little fix-up projects...I made a new list for this weekend and for June...my big project will be the May drawing!!!

And, the June incentive plan...

Whew! Everybody's been keeping busy. I haven't been on the boards much. I got that most important project done and here she is:


Madeline Grace was born on April 5th. In the midst of that, I have gotten two projects done in May. I recovered my dinning room chairs and made a quilt. I also painted the nursery in the new house (we had a baby and bought a house all within a month!) and made wall art, but don't have pics of those yet so, here's my list currently.

28. Make some Rapunzel scarves with yarn stash (at least 2)
29. Make book page wreath
30. Learn to crochet with wire (jewelry)
31. Finally finish organizing craft roomalmost moot, we moved, so everything needs to be redone!
32. Decorate onsies for the baby
33. T-shirt for Hubby

Congrats, ehinders...on both things!  Buying a house AND a new baby, whoa, my head would be spinning   Good luck with everything, can't wait to see the wall art you have done.

wow--how did you even have time to do ANY crafting, let alone buy a house and decorate...ahhh, that is why people have babies while they are so young--all that energy!!

envirocraft - this one wasn't as fast to put together as you think - it took me several days to piece it even though it's *just rectangles* and even after I got the strips sewn together it wasn't working out so I had to do a ton of ripping.  There really isn't any super quick quilting unless you are sewing together big squares together.  Quilting isn't quick no matter how you do the math but I am really smitten with it   I guess I finally found my patience after I grew old lol

So true.... my mom and dh will say "you are still not done with that quilt?" OMGosh............. ........ just the ironing alone can seriously wound a person!!!
