Stick to fabric paint. It looks nicer and dealing with acetone in the sealant and the cracking is annoying. What brand of fabric paint did you use? I've only found really ugly neon colored ones and I'd like more usable ones.

And its cool to see another MCS fan!

I used tulip and polymark paints.  At Michaels they have at least 50 different color paints and you can mix them just like regular paint to get the color you want and I know my wal-mart has a small collection of colors.  I also used tulip soft which is in a bottle and those came in quite a few colors too. To me, if you're painting with the fabric paints, they both work well and hold up but personal opinion on using them straight out of the bottle, I like the polymark better because the bottles are smaller and easier for me to work with.

I loved seeing another MCS fan too!! I wondered if anyone would recognize it!

Love these. I just finished my shoes last night and have some varnish drying on them, more chaos than orderly like yours.l

I absolutely love the Sailor Jerry ones.  I do wish i could draw and paint.

Interesting, I have never used paint pens since I heard about inconsistency but I think I have to give this another look. Yeah walmart was were I sadly got my paints. Very Limited. Thanks so much for telling me the brands, I can't wait to get out and buy some and try experimenting.

Lol and I'm very glad I could be here to recognize it Cheesy Usually I just lurk but I just couldn't resist!
