In my family, all the women over the age of 18 do a Christmas Present Swap. In the swap, instead of trying to think up a unique idea for each person, you come up with a single idea and create a bunch of that one idea using different colors for each rendition. Here's my craft from last year: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=288564

This year my mom decided to join in the crafting mayhem too! She was trying to come up with an idea for this year, and I gave her a link to this board for the to look at. After looking around some of the boards, she found the Christmas Bauble Tutorial (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=324730.0) and decided that project was the one she wanted to do. After a lot of planning and a little customizing (we couldn't get the sizes listed in the tutorial, so we had to improvise!) we sat down to make them! A few thousand pins later, they turned out beautifully!

I'm very proud of her. It was a lot of hard work to do all these and have them done for christmas morning, but she was able to do it.

They all look great vraedwulf. Thanks for sharing.  My family all received ornaments too, I hope they were appreciated. Smiley
