I have troubles finding tops long enough which look nice with a post baby belly and this kind of thin would be perfect as it always stays tucked in!

Wow! So very very awesome. Good for you. I too love your play suit pjs, but as I get older I find myself needing to get up and use the lavatory in the night, so I'd have to put a butt flap in or get cold.
