so at my work we have this HUGE gingerbread event, where people come in and make gingerbread houses and we provide all the supplies, so being the crazy employee i had to do something ridiculous and fun. so i made the gingerbread Eiffel tower, but he isn't actually made of gingerbread, we cheat and use Gram crackers Undecided but here he is Monsieur Eiffel Toweah:

he's all hot glued together, and standing on my origami folding board all frosted over ha ha, the moustache and beret are made of laffy taffy.

sadly, he has passed on, my beagle Jed ate all of him save for the glue and taffy.   Angry  I cried. but I'm over it now, i have pictures to prove the awesomeness, thanks for looking!

This is so freakin' awesome.  Sorry for the early demise of your tower, but I think it went to a good end. Cheesy

Thanks for the chuckle.

as the 'owner' of 2 beagles (they will never fully be owned by man...they make their own rules) i can totally sympathise with the passing of the Eiffel Tower. We have lost many creations to Quiver and Buffy, including an entire cooked turkey, and a whole christmas cake (which finished its life being regurgitated into mum's boots.)

but let it be known that The Tower lived a long an worthy life - and i ADORE the moustache!
