button headband

i've been sitting on a jar of white buttons for a few years now and finally decided i wanted a headband. beings horrible at making pretty arrangements, my bestie decided to play around, and came up with this:



i found my courage, and went at it. here it is, as a neckwarmer for xmas eve:


and here it is today as it's intended to be used:
