I love this...and I read your popsicle comment and momentarily forgot that laughing loudly while people are sleeping is generally a bad idea. Wink

I'm not happy, I'm cheerful. There's a difference.

This is darling, fabulous, wonderful!  I just love the whole idea and how you put it together.  Thanks for sharing the materials you used for each part...that made it even more fun to go back and study!

Thanks so much! And for those who want to try your own dioramas, do it!

Some tips:

1. Once you get an idea, don't just head to the craft store. Look in your stash and around your house first, you may already have everything you need.
2. Do not be constrained by what an object or supply is "supposed" to be used for.
3. You may need several different types of glue, depending on what you end up using.  http://www.thistothat.com/ pointed me in the right direction many times.
4. Plan plan plan!  It sucks when you get something finished and then you're like "Oh, I should have glued that part first.  Now I can't reach it."  So think in layers, plan what needs to be done first.
5. Have fun, and make sure to giggle and cackle to yourself like a mad scientist when you are overcome with glee at how awesome your project is turning out!
