So this is cheap easy and cute. It's really great for the summer. Grin I've put up a tute for you so you can make one.

You will need:
a screw hole punch
String
5 cards
An old mouse pad

Make sure your cards are lined up. This is very important.

Punch a hole in the bottom center of the cards.

Now tie the string through the hole NOTE: not all the way. There should be enough room for you to spread out the fan.

Cut off any spare string and you'll be finished

(How was my first tute?)

Not bad!  You could also use a paper brad in the hole, I would think.....might be a neat idea for kids learning to hold their cards fanned----hole punch an entire deck and use a paper brad...

<runs off in search of hole puncher>

^ I think mine came from Walmart. And you could do that too. I like using string because it's something I have a lot of.
