I love to make Christmas Cookies. It's my way to slow down a little before the stress starts.. These kind of cookies are typically Swiss. They're called "Mailnderli", "Schoggichugele" and "Kokosgnoggi"

Thanks  Smiley Those are the "Schoggichugele" which means Chocolateballs. They are pretty simple: You need real good dark chocolate, the same amount of butter, some more sugar and the same amount of ground almonds. Make the dough, let it cool for a while in the fridge. Form small balls, roll them in sugar. Then bake it at 170 degree Celsius for 12 min.  Smiley
