Great job!!! I am going to be breastfeeding soon (any day now really) and I have been sorely disappointed in available nursing wear, and maternity wear for that matter. I am plum worn out on making maternity clothes, and I have moved on to diaper bags...but I can feel a new sewing frenzy coming on after seeing this post! Thanks so much!! And you look great, by the way!

That looks fabulous! You are so right about nursing clothes, I hated that I could never wear a dress without it needing a low plunge top.

Way to go, I would certainly wear something like that.

Thanks for all the lovely comments!

Sadly I didn't sew when I was pregnant (it took having a cute baby girl to kick-start my sewing gene, apparently). So no cute maternity clothes for me! Next time, though... I kind of hate being pregnant, so I'm hoping a really stunning pregnancy wardrobe might reconcile me to nine months of discomfort. :p

I love you forever. My dd's 17.5 months and bound to still be nursing come warm weather.

I'm feeling stupid here, do you just undo the overall-esque straps for nursing or am I missing something?

(Oh, wait, I know you from MDC  Grin You look a lot younger than my mental image of you, your user name should be "smokinghot" not "smokering")

That's awesome Smokering! I know you from MDC too, and I agree that you look totally different and younger from what I had imagined!

Funny too, because when I read 'kinda dodgy' I scrolled back up to see if you were in NZ and that's when I saw your user name!  Cheesy
