Yep, lucky me I was with her and got to pick it out.  It was at a local asian tea shop and was $8.95.  They, of course, had more expensive, beautiful ones like this http://www.amazon.com/Teavana-Harmony-Glass-Tumbler-Infuser/dp/B0026GFNZS/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1263151332&sr=8-17 .  But the one I chose is bigger and plastic and looks more like those see thru water bottles.  I searched the web and can't find my cup anywhere.  It's made by Fuguang and is called Kissable and is 800ml.

Here's one that's similar http://birdpick.com/842271-1.html .  You put the tea in the bottom, the mesh seperator on top and drink like it's a regular cup.

Roxsun, I just have to giggle every time I look at your Avatar of the Weimaraner pup.  Is it yours?  So cute.

Lol thanks. Yes she is mine. She is such a mess. Everytime I turn around she is doing something so cute and when I try to take a picture she seems to pose just at the right moment.  Cheesy

*sigh* so, I was getting a lot done today and then my husband and I took a break to take showers. Basically, we try and take showers one right after the other if we are both home, so it doesn't use as much water (the stuff that gets wasted while waiting for the water to heat up). Anyway, we smelled something burning, but really faint, like someone had just blown out a candle, when we went into the bathroom. We checked but everything seemed fine. So, husband takes his shower, then I jump in as soon as he is finished. I'm in the shower and all of a sudden the burning smell gets a lot stronger. Husband notices it too, so he goes to investigate.

All of a sudden I hear him tearing through the house yelling "Oh Sh** there's a grass fire call the fire department!" Mind you, I am in the shower still while this happens. So, I get the phone, call 911, throw on my clothes without drying off (yuck) because I think the house is about to be on fire.

The grass fire was all around the house but my husband got it mostly out before the fire department arrived (we're in the country so it takes them about 10 minutes to arrive). The fire burned right up against the house in several places, but we have a brick house, so the house is fine. We're fine. Our yard is torched, lots of random gardening stuff got melted and our wire connecting the TV antennae got burned. Our air conditioner/heat pump got burned pretty good. We're going to have someone out tomorrow to look at it and see if it's damaged.

Phew. So, not as much forward progress on my crafting as I would like today, but, it could have been massively worse, so, I'm just feeling relieved and like I need to go curl up on the couch with some comfort food or something. We don't know what started the fire.

I guess one good thing is that because we are generally frugal we have a good chunk of money in what we call our "self-insurance fund" so if the heat pump is toast, we can get a new one without too much pain.

I just needed to share with someone since it was kind of a crazy afternoon.

cjclark, that sounds very scary! Cuddle up on the couch with some oreos and a glass of wine(my comfort food) and don't worry about crafting tonight! Thank god your husband spotted it in time.

Cjclark, I'm glad things are mostly O.K.

I have a little story about my day too.  If gross things bother you, avert your eyes now.  I was folding laundry today when I picked up my jacket from the basket.  It had something very heavy in the pocket.   Huh  I put my hand in to investigate and found that is was also very squishy.  Yuck.  I pulled out a clean diaper that I had apparently stashed in my pocket.  It was completely engorged with water AND all in one piece.  When I realized what it was, I had feared a colossal blowout.  Any mom knows what I mean.  Blowouts are nasty to clean up.  So there you go folks, my frugal Target brand diaper held up to a washer AND a dryer.  This is a lesson to all those folks who think generic = inferior!
