Thank you for your help! It's much appreciated! I need some help with table decorations. The colors are red and silver, and the reception will be from 11h00 - 15h00. The tables are round (seat 10 people) and have an ordinary white restaurant tablecloth. We don't have much to spend.....Any ideas?!

I've started on the dress - am about half way. Will post pics as soon as it's done.

I also need some ideas for entertainment - I don't want the guests to be bored.
Any suggestions will be MOST appreciated!

You can find all sorts of candle holders really cheap at thrift stores and dollar stores. Buy mismatched ones and spray paint them red and/or silver, or glue those same colored ribbons onto glass votives.

This idea from rachael ray uses clustered paper lanterns for a centerpiece.

or, if you're up for more paper flower crafting these coiled paper roses look pretty simple and budget friendly.

As far as entertainment goes, I think that games are always a good idea. A couple of board games, a few decks of cards and maybe some mad libs?

I'm starting to get a little nervous - wedding is in 2 week's time! Things are however, falling into place.
For wedding favors my fiance and I decided on Fortune Cookies which fits in with the 'Chinese' theme. We wrapped each cookie in a silver serviette and attached a "Thank you" card



We wanted underplates, but our budget didn't allow for this, so we spray painted white doilies - red. Am very happy with the result!
