i should point out this first one is mine

this second one is my friends

i hope thats ok. i had such fun with my friend making the gingerbread houses!!! i know neither of them are tidy etc, but it really was a great way to spend an afternoon. Smiley and from now on i want to make one every year, hoping to improve my technique and plan more next time.

i LOVE looking at all the desserts posted here, makes my mouth water!

thanks for comments.. here's link to more photos of the 2 houses we made.

The roof is super cute! I've never made a gingerbread house before - are they super hard to make?

we didn't really have a plan, we just did it as we went, but next time i will make templates for the shapes of the house. But it' not difficult to do, just alot of fun. I do want to make a neater more thought out one next time tho. i love that you can just do what you like with it tho, and there's no wrong way to do it.  Wink
