Pattern: Argosy
Yarn: Berroco Ultra Alpaca, Lavender mix
Needles: 5.75
For the boyfriend's mom.

To show the points a bit better. I love this pattern and would definitely make it again.

Pattern: Edgar
Yarn: Moda Dea Cache
Needles: 8mm?
For my friend Katie. Because the yarn I wanted to use was so bulky, I altered the pattern a little bit by casting on fewer stitches. Seems to have worked well. I also made these handwarmers with the scraps and some anonymous Red Heart fluffy stuff. I crocheted (gasp!) the hand part and the worked the cuff in the round, in garter stitch.

Thanks! C+C welcome.

They're both beautiful. I love the purple color and I REALLY like how the second scarf came out  Smiley

I've occasionally seen my mother wear this around the house. She likes it.

And How!
