no fibery gifts for me. but after the holidays, I finally got outta my fiber funk! got a bunch of top dyed and I started a new spinning project Grin

I did give a few of my felted cowls out to some family. and my mum got me these organizers (love after xmas sales)

oddacity, I seriously had to look up "Ulysses Grants" and find nothing helpful, to realize you're talking about money hahaha Roll Eyes time for sleep!

I know I know! shame on me. I ALMOST got the motivation to put them on Etsy an hour or so ago... but I got distracted by the wonderfulness of craftster lol. Let me procrastinate money-making some more and put them on the felting board! <3

I finally recieved my Christmas present from my darling hubby.  It's been lost in USPS transit since 12/20  Roll Eyes

Here is the group shot, the spindle was the gift.

The fiber that the artist included with it. Isn't it yummy?!



Some fiber I bought at a shop in Santa Monica, it's 5 yards each, and the red isn't that red irl, it's more of a rich burgandy merlot color.


Now to get over my fear and spin it into happyness!  Grin

It's a drop spindle, you spin it and it creates the twist in the wool to create the yarn.
