I made these coasters and bowl for them in a couple of hours last night. (pics on cell phone since I'm at work) Its from a Walmart yarn, that I lost the sheet for, so I don't know what its called. But, my friend has a scarf in this yarn that her SIL made, and I thought I would buy it and make her a hat for her bday that matched! But then, I realized I'd never seen her in a hat, and when I asked her about it, she said it messed up her hair, so she doesn't wear them. So, I changed the plan last night, and made her coasters and a bowl to put them in!

All the coasters in the bowl

The bottom of the bowl

I got the bowl pattern here as a basket, and just did and extra 2 rounds on the bottom, and didn't do the handle.
The coasters were here and they were super simple.
I'm making a bunch of them this month for the "Every Little Thing She Does is Magick" theme over on the Holiday Handmade Crusade thread.
