That is genius!  Cheesy I would never have thought of that, my best friend is a huge JD fan and he would love that! If you have time and you dont mind I would really love a tute please?  Kiss I think the glass beads really set it off. Have you thought of using brown ones to make it look realistic?  Wink

Haha...right after I sent a pic to my sister she said the same thing! All I thought was "Damn!" Oh well there will definitely be others....just need some more lamp kits! Grrr

This is SO creative! My DH loves this! I am not a big drinker but the bottles are cool for use after they are emptied Smiley I have a Midori bottle in the freezer that would look great with some green glass beads  made into a lamp. Thanks so much for sharing your creativity!

I'm curious about the wiring part... you mentioned a kit? I have a great old vintage lamp I fear has a short in the wiring & would love to restore it.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you... work.

I got one lamp kit from walmart and another from Hobby Lobby. Very simple to put together
