Hi! I feel as though I haven't posted on Craftster in a long time! And I haven't posted on THIS board in FOREVER! So, here I go.

I've been eying the Vera Bradley ( http://www.verabradley.com)"Hipsters" for a long time an I finally made one. Well. Kinda. Haha. Well, I just really liked the quilted look and simple shape of a Vera Bradley bag a LOT so I thought I'd invent my own style.

So, here is the "Zip Pocket Messenger" A cute, simple, quilted bag with one purpose: holding your wallet and keys (and notebook, and pens, and lip gloss, and iPod....)

I loved the pink and floral srtipe stuff going on but I am SO not a pink floral type of girl so I toughened it up with an industrial-style zipper.

(There are also two small pockets inside so I won't lose my lip gloss because I ALWAYS do.)
I hope you love it!

Thanks for looking,
ERIN

Crafting mom of three crazy kids, and the random ones who are always in the house. Always looking for ideas for new techniques to try with them, and of course some just for me. Smiley

Love it!  Will you be making a tute to go with it?  I would love to to see one! It looks like I bag i would like.  I have always liked the messanger bag look but don't like the flap that usually goes over the top.  Seems kinda in the way. Anyway.  I am not inspired and will maybe get one done by spring!
