I've been collecting the colored energy drink can pull tabs since we started making "tabistry" in '07.  Never seem to have enough to make anything.  Guess it would help if I could actually drink the stuff.  Smiley  Anyway, I managed to get a bunch of the green ones and a handful of red from friends, so I wanted to make something for Christmas this year.  I decided on a full-size tabistry holiday stocking.

It's a bit heavier than the average stocking, but it's roomy enough inside being stretchy.  Sorry, I don't have many pics of it.  But, you can read more about it or see pics of other tabistry projects on my tabistry blog:

I've entered it in a couple holiday contests.  One is on Greenwala here ending on January 15th.  If you've got the time, I'd love the votes.  I've been informed you're allowed to vote once per day.  Thanks for looking!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Wow, that's really cool!  I bet it's a pretty safe place for stocking stuffers as those tabs can help deflect projectiles.  Wink

Thanks, everyone!  You guys are too kind.

I'll be making many more tabistry projects in the future.  Check back on the blog oftern to see what I come up with.  I try to post at least once every two weeks.  Give or take.

My amateurish picture-taking skills don't do it any justice, either.  Smiley  Darn shiny tabs and my lighting don't play nice together.
