I wanted to make a new table cloth for my new HUGE table.

I had a smaller piece of damask fabric and I used a single bed valance for the white portions.
all up it has taken me about 8 weeks to complete, off and on. The 4 centre designs took a full day each to stitch out, they are so dense it's not funny.

these are some of the designs that are my fav's.
because my table is 2.5 mt long I had a hard time taking photos of this.

what do you think?

omigosh, those are SO pretty! i love the center designs, did you make them up or was it a pattern? (i've never done embroidery, but this makes me want to start, especially the reindeer!)

AVI

it is machine embroidery. There is no way I have the paitence to do it by hand.
I envy those that do.

I bought the designs from Embroidery Library months ago.
