I'm in Boston. I bought a brother Knitting machine with high hopes. Now the book seems like Chinese and I have all the extras and I want to get going and I am clueless- please help!?

Try searching machine knitting on youtube, there are loads of videos, most of the same techniques apply to all machines.

Try the machine knitting group on Ravelry. There are thousands of machine knitters in the group, and it's a very active group (not one where you go weeks without a response).
