Has anyone else had an issue with getting a DC#? My fabric was mailed in a large office type yellow envelope so it was less than 3/4 inches thick. The post office ripped of the DC# and said it couldn't be used on something that thin.

I'm sending mine today or tomorrow - I will let you know what they say because my envelope is similar to yours.

Just put a little piece of styrafoam in there. I had that issue before and thats what they told me to do since it wont add weight. It only has to be that certain thickness in one part of the envelope so just a little packing peanut will work.

You can't. They wanted to charge me over $2 for some type of certified deliver notice. It would have come to more than the fabric was worth Tongue

Hmmm...I sent my fabric today in a Priority Mail envelope and didn't have any problem getting a DC #.
