So, I decided to send surprise Christmas mix CDs to friends and family this year. I made the envelopes out of pretty scrapbooking papers with little brads for the closures. I used permanent marker to decorate the CDs, which each read "Merry Mixmas" and the person's name. Added to the envelope were little sequined "hohoho"s and tiny metallic present confetti. I decorated the envelopes with little winter scenes. Oh, and of course they were shipped from the North Pole. Smiley Everyone who received one seemed to really like it so far. I just mailed them the other day.

Anyway, some photos:

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

Love your packaging! So much better than what I usually do (just the CD! haha). Perfect idea for birthday gifts and such, too.

What a great idea - We are planning on sending the parents (and inlaws) a DVD of the kiddies throughout the year (they live too far away to visit often and this year our little man learnt a lot from crawling to walking, talking and turning one Cheesy)
I love this idea - it really makes the CD that little bit more special.

Good work Cheesy
