LOL! polliwogangel! That is so cute kaz814! I'm going to start calling her that!

Alrighty, like kaz814 posted, my package is for my daughter and she has received! (She just doesn't know it yet... ) kaz814 sent an awesome package for my little polliwog. She made her an awesome little skull bag, awesome skull and spider hair barrettes, a cute little crocheted octopus, and some pennies for good luck.

Oceana is going to love everything kaz814. Thank you so much! I will PM you after Christmas with an update on her reaction to the awesome stuff you made her. But believe me, she's going to love it all and carry around the bag and octopus. Again thank you, this just makes Oceana's Christmas a little more special.

Yay!  I'm so glad Oceana will like the package.  

I used a pattern from Craftster for the bag - the Sha Sha Ribbon Dream Bag pattern ... except without the ribbons (so I guess it's just the Sha Sha Dream Bag!)  Fun bag to make, for those who are sewing-inclined.  (My mother might have disowned me if I'd gifted a purse/bag without a few pennies in it for good luck!)

I also modified the little amigurumi octopus pattern that was put up a few weeks ago for the octopus if anyone wants to make that, too!  Another fun project.

I agree, great package!  I would love this package too.  I actually have a purse made with a lining of the same skully fabric you used on the outside!!  I love the plaid hair clippy.  Too cute!

Those barettes are too cool . . .  all the cute hair do-dads I see on craftster make me want to grow my short mop into a long one!  Great package, I am in awe of the sewing speed -- would've taken me 10 tries and more hours to make such a nice bag!

I used safety eyes since I had some leftover from another project!  I like the little octopus too - I might have to make myself one.
