Why thank you! I can assure you that you did receive my box, because a little birdie at the post office told me. Wink

My brain hurt like a warehouse, it had no room to spare
I had to cram so many things to store everything in there
And all the fat-skinny people, and all the tall-short people
And all the nobody people, and all the somebody people
I never thought I'd need so many people

I've been home to day nursing a cold.  But now have to rethink the packing of this swap as I made 2 new things for it.

Yay! I can send now!! As luck would have it, my little bro came home with 3 boxes for me to choose from!! (where is that darn dancing banana emoticon when I need him?!) I'm so glad too. I wasn't looking forward to having to build a box for it. As it turns out I may have to ship one item separately though, since it's a ______ , but that's ok. I'd rather ship it separate and have it arrive safe and sound instead of having it potentially smashed. It's my favorite piece (I think one of the coolest items I've done for a swap really) so I think I'd cry if it got messed up.

I started working on a big project, but I only got one thing of fabric cut today.  ALL of my projects (in this swap and another one) have been put on hold for a bit since I guess I decided it would be a good idea to slice my finger open with my rotary cutting tool.  luckily I didn't bleed on the fabric I needed, I just bled on some extra.  because of that, I was able to cut off the section with blood on it and save the last of the extra fabric for another project.  no one will be getting "tainted" fabric on my watch.  thankfully it doesn't need stitches, it's just going to hurt for a bit.  Cry  I will tell you one thing; I am slightly afraid of my rotary tool now.  I may just have to use my scissors for a while.  I'll figure out some way to make my lines straight.  Undecided

Ouch crafty karasu!! I just sliced my finger open too! It was with a knife though. I was peeling the front off of a pair of clip on earrings! O.o eh... partner didn't have pierced ears.

the amazing part is it didn't hurt until a little while later.  it went through my finger like a hot knife through butter.   Cry  this is the first time I've ever really hurt myself during a swap.  usually I just poke myself with needles.  Cheesy

I'm sorry you got hurt too.  Sad  let's hope no one else joins us!

Uh huh. I didn't feel it until after also. It's like a pricking pressure, and then you see the blood, and then your brain is like...huh.... AHHH! O.e  I don't usually hurt myself other than needles either.
I think it's funny that she sent me that scarf. SOOO cute! I absolutely adore it, and I agree with the person that it looks like a baby ludo. But I had just finished making her a scarf for her a couple days beforehand!! I know I'm so cheating by telling her & everyone else, but I just had to.  Tongue
