I stitched up this piece yesterday as a holiday gift for my sister.  She loves kitchy-cute vintage style embroidery.  I chose this pattern from the Hoop Love group on Flickr, a vintage piece uploaded by Doe*C*Doe.  Mostly split stitch in 2 ply thread as always.

It was a nice, easy break from working on another filled satin-stitch piece that I have on the hoop.

Frame is digitally added.  The actual frame will be white.  It needs to be ironed first (which is why Mr. Knife looks a bit wonky)
