I hate the annoying jingle bell sound but would like to use brass jingle bells to make a victorian-style pug collar.  Anyone know where/if these bells exist?
They become mangled if I try to get the jingle out.

Rings and Things has jingle bells with no clappers inside :

However, if they touch they will make noise...so YMMV
