I've been going to my mom's house forever to use hers, and now I have one of my own. I'm so happy I could cry. Watch out partner, now I can REALLY get to work!

So... I had a vision for my large, even sketched it out.  Went to the fabric store, couldn't find what I wanted fabric wise.  Got something else... now I think it may turn out even more spectacular (if my sewing machine cooperates that is

Ok I have a question, maybe one of you can help.  What is the piece of fabric that is sort of swagged across the back of a skirt called?  Its not really a bustle, but sort of similar.  it looks like its attached at each hip and swags across the bum.  I know when I saw Emilie Autumn (singer with some victorian inspired costumes) she and some of the other performers had something like it aross the backs of their bloomers.

I'd love to know what the official name is, I want to search for some photos for inspiration... but thats hard to do when you don't know the name
