So I've been busy knitting and crocheting for the holidays and since these are finishing up fastest, I thought I'd show them too you all!

They are Christmas tree ornaments inspired by Mr. Peen over at presents knits (and other things too).

For my second attempt I wanted to get a smoother overall shape, and rather like the results

What do you think, I need to make 6 or so of these guys to give to some friends as christmas gifts, I'm putting a loop thru the back so they can be hung on a tree very easily.

The pattern is avaible on my blog if you're interested, and I will be posting the full set when they're finished!

Very nice!  I especially love that he has a Christmassy hat and scarf...so festive!
