Last year I made about 30 of these for all of my family and very close friends, each one in a fabric pattern that was unique to that persons style/interests. It was my first real sewing project and what got me into all this crafting stuff in the first place! I was a dummy and didn't take any pictures of them =( but I will try to recover those that are close enough hehe.

Anyways! This year I wanted to make some more for a few people who didn't get them last year. This set is for my friend from high school, her husband, and their two beloved pups. They are getting them early (this weekend) and I can't wait to show them! =)

I made up the pattern myself after much trial and error haha. I would like to know if anyone thinks it would be worth while to sell these? I love making them different coordinating fabrics, what do you guys think?? =)

Not a single reply?! Wow!
I think they are super cute. I love how you made so many of them to give away. Don't big projects like that make you feel so good?!
I totally think you could try selling them. What have you got to lose? Don't make a billion of them just make a test batch to take to a craft sale or bazaar or something and see how many you sell and whether or not people like them enough.
I think I'll make a bunch of stockings next year. Seems like a fun project Cheesy
Happy Holidays!!

I adore personalised stocking and I love how you have kept them uniform by using the same pattern, but each one is still individual by the fabric choice.

I will be doing the same thing for next Christmas, thanks for the inspiration!

And yes, I do think they would be suitable to sell. It looks like your finish is professional and that really makes a difference with selling. Good luck Cheesy
