maybe you need diffuse light to get pictures without all of the reflections. you could use a desk lamp or something alike and cover it with thin white fabric or paper. so you should be able to avoid using the flash/getting reflections

ooooh I never thought about doing that! I'm going to try that tomorrow! *excited!*

I love them! I've always liked the beaded trees, but didn't know what I'd do with one if I made it. The ornament idea is perfect.

You could make them for year-round display too... change the wire to brown, use green crystals, mount it on a different rock and use some dirt or something at the bottom and tah-dah! A spring/summer tree! They look great on those ornament display stands. I think I like this one because it reminds me of a snow globe. Tongue

Yep. It's plastic, costs about $1.50, and splits in half. Smiley  My most frequently asked questions are "Hey wait... Is this plastic?" and "How'd you get that tree in there?"

You just rock! I want to find some of those balls now and make me some tree ornaments! But then, I want to make wreaths, have started a necklace, have started another rose...my list is never ending... Smiley I still admire your neatness.

I showed this to my boyfriend and he said, "Is that real? It looks photoshopped." That's how good they are.
