I finally got to a city that sells glossy accents!

here is my first one, it is drying right now and i also need to go buy some more washers. this was the only washer my dear hubby had and i stole it lol

the right side looks horrible, but it's been a learning experience one for me lol

i found some rocking black with red glitter paper to use too, i cant' wait to make one with it Cheesy

I always look at the pretty scrapbooking paper every time I go into the craft store and now I have a reason to actually buy some of it. =] These look great.

These are great!

I'm sad to say my first attempts were horribly wobbly--does anybody have any suggestions about how to keep the glossy accents from sort of pitting? I have dips, not a nice rounded and smooth surface. Am I doing something wrong?

I am a quadriplegic w/ limited hand function so some crafts are more difficult for me than others, but this looks like one I should be able to do w/ minimal help.  Thanks so much for the tutorial, and for the ideas from others that have posted about it!

Very neat. I have done these with alcohol inks but not with the paper. I am going to have to try this!

Another craft for me to put on the 'to do' list!  Wink
Think I'll use resin for the sealing & doming effect.

I'm making some of these now and have discovered that if you use the end of a pen in the circle that it helps to hold the washers still (to an extent) w/ less mess than holding them w/ your fingers.
