We made these last year & I'd kind of forgotten about it! My kids would love to do this again I'm sure!

Ooo! I want to know more about the wreath, too. Did you just use a foam wreath? IS it heavy? Do you think the weight will affect its longevity?
So pretty -- I want to make one!

The wreath is heavy but mine has been hanging for over a month with no problems. I did start with a foam wreath form but covered it with foil first. It is very important that you cover the foam wreath with something, (foil, duct tape etc) before twisting the wire around it (at least cover the area where you wrap the wire) otherwise the wire will slice right through the styrofoam.

I wrote a complete tutorial: http://craftelf.com/Wreaths-Gumdrop-Wreath-Christmas.htm

Let me know if you have any other questions.
