Make some gumdrop trees to decorate your holiday table. They make a great centerpiece and then, you can  let your guests snack on the trees after dinner.

All you need for this project is a styrofoam cone, foil, toothpicks and gumdrops.  Complete tutorial can be found here: http://craftelf.com/Christmas_Gumdrop_Christmas_tree_craft.htm

They also make nice gifts - just wrap it in cellophane and tie with a nice bow.

I love gumdrop trees!  My problem is that I always eat them so quickly there is no time to enjoy them as a centerpiece!

This is an awesome idea! Specially with all the Holiday themed gumdrops I've been seeing.

I'm glad you like it and  keepitthimble try keeping a dish of gumdrops next to the tree to snack on until it's time to actually eat the tree.

Here is a picture of of a tree made with three colors in a pattern and wrapped up in cellophane for gift giving.

I just made a gumdrop wreath. It is made much the same way but since my guests won't be eating it I sprayed it to keep the bugs away and sprinkled it with some Glamour Dust. You could also put a big bow on it if you want to. I prefer it plain.
