This piece is the first graffiti cross stitch pattern I ever made and is the thing that started me on the path towards becoming Mr X Stitch.

It's called Panika, it's 12 inches wide by 6 inches high and has 39 colours in it.

It has 14112 stitches in total and took me much longer than it really should have. But that's the whole thing about WIPs, isn't it?

I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out, although in retrospect I might have stitched it using three threads rather than two to make the colours pop out against the black background a bit more.

But there ya go - the original Mr X Stitch graffiti cross stitch has finally been finished. Rejoice!  Grin

You finished! It's magnificent!

And hey, it's not a WIP if it's completed.

It's quite stunning. I spotted some graffiti on the way into to school this morning, and thought of you.

Impressive as always. When I saw the thumbnail at first I thought you stitched the words and used crayon or something to color (colour?) the background. I love it.

Funnily enough, I found my first project a couple of weeks ago. A simple kit I started for my first daughter's birth announcement. She is almost five and it is still almost done  Wink
