I need a good (and easy!) pattern for some One size fitted diaper covers. I plan to use PUL fabric.
Any suggestions?

The only one-size diaper cover pattern I know of uses snaps. Do you have a snap press?

aplix velcro is better and withstands the washings a cover will get.

The way that diapers are made into "one size fits all" diapers is with snaps--the rise of the diaper is snapped down for smaller children. I don't think velcro would work for that because it's so stiff. This website shows an example of what I'm talking about:

http://www.kellyscloset.com/Rumparooz-G2-One-Size-Diapers-with-Snaps-with-6-r-Soaker_p_3579.html

If you had velcro in place of the snaps, it would add bulk and make the diaper really stiff. Plus, when your child is in the largest setting, you would have the hooks out and they'd catch on clothing and snag everything.

You could make them with a fold down rise - no velcro/snaps for the size adjustment.

Like BabyLove diapers (on amazon.com), but made as covers instead of AI2's
