 New crochet covered stone necklace

I haven't made any covered stone necklaces in a while, and never a purple one!I really like this one. The purple crochet thread I have is vintage and very thin; therefore pretty fragile. So it was a bit tough to make this one. For the chain I doubled the thread to make it a bit stronger.

I love this! How did you make that design in crochet? I'm still a beginner and have done much more than a few simple scarves. I'd love to make one of these.

This is very pretty.  I have no idea how to do this kind of thing, so I admire what you've done.

Pretty cool idea!  I've been struggling with wire to make holder type things for the stones I have.  I will have to try to incorporate something like this for some.  Thanks for sharing!   Wink
