Demin Skirt is cute and would look great with anything! I like the use of the vintage nightgown too!

Do you use denim thread to match the old stitchin in the skirt? I always wondered about that...

The Holly skirt is pretty and you have got the curve of the hip done perfect. It'd a shame it doesn't fit the waist, what a bummer!

Loving all the skirts, and really loving your whole outfit with this denim one!  I love Where the Wild Things Are, (and the movie was visually gorgeous).  You and your son look so cute in the hats!

I'm a medium aged procrastinator, with a room full of craft supplies!

Wooow, I really wish I had that kind of motivation...I have SO MUCH FABRIC just on the floor in the corner of the kitchen, waiting to be used...I really need to get ON IT!

Good job so far, love the last picture Cheesy

What a fun idea!!  you are so creative!!  Can't wait to see them!!!

I'm here to learn, drool, covet, and be inspired.  Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to post my creations.  Maybe.

No i didn't! ahha, just regular old stitching. I didn't topstitch it or anything, so it would have been pointless.

Anyway, I moved the computer out into the loungeroom on Thursday night and totally lost the wireless connection. Then I went travelling the countryside to visit parents + inlaws.

So here is the last three days' worth!

Day 4

Ruffled pencil skirt. Very pink, very floral, very 90s!

Day 5

my favourite kind of skirt, the RARA SKIRT! Bright polkadots to go with my hair and my mood! We went to a music festival that day ((I DID wear shoes, cowgirl boots atually)).

And that's mother's cat Reginald. haha.

Day 6

I reconstructed one of my husband's button-up shirts he wore to Fiji when he was 17! He didn't want to get rid of it, so I made myself a skirt!

Hopefully I'll have time to get some clearer photos of the skirts tomorrow. I bet you've noticed a change in my hair colour again! Only subtley! Hahah, I tried to brighten the turquoise with pale blue ((it worked last week)) but I grabbed trhe wrong colour and even though it was pale blue, it was pretty noticable! So I put some purple chunks in too. Hoorah!

See ya tomorrow!

As always, more details on my blog ((the link is in my signature!))

I'm gonna sound border-line stalker, I'm sure, but that's okay. (:
I've been keeping tabs on all of your projects since I started lurking on craftster, like a year and a half ago. I LOVE all of your stuff, and this is no exception.
You have such amazing skill!
