I started collecting fabric over a year ago for a Christmas quilt, much of it coming from swaps done here on Craftster.  At the beginning of the year it was hard to think of Christmas and I wasn't really motivated to make this until I came across the 2009 Holiday Handmade Crusade.  I decided to join the crusade but rather than follow the suggestions for each month, I would make 2 squares per month until October and then that would leave me November to put them all together and quilt it.  I finished today, November 30th, and I'm so glad I made my goal.  Each square is different and I used 20-25 different fabrics.  Without further ado, here is my Christmas quilt:

Here are close ups of a few of my favorite ones (all pictures taken prior to quilting):

Fantastic work! Great Christmas Quilt sampler too., Wow, I have not come across some of the patterns you used. I especially loved the Star within the Star block. That pattern is pretty neat. Will try to make it this evening.
