the second I did ages ago, but it was for a personal swap and so I couldnt post it. A poppet.

another one for the same swap, I was swapping with SpookyPooky and so I used one of her images, printed on to inkjet paper and appliqued it onto a simple tote for her.

I think you got a bit too excited to post your projects, edelC. The second and third links took me to "post a new topic"!  Smiley

The links for the last two are:
poppet:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=358510.msg4199471#msg4199471

bag:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=358511.msg4199472#msg4199472

You did a great job on all of them, by the way. They look great!

I like both: the bag and the poppet very much as well! Great work!
I wasn't lazy for the last couple of days but I made stuff in categories that I posted before: some more kid's clothing (2 bathrobes, to be precise) and we also made homemade chalks (blue and red for starters) for drawing on streets.
I'm working on another purse - for first aid when we gor for a trip to take with us. Haven't finish yet, though.

Ooh, homemade chalk! That sounds interesting. My kids love chalk! I'd love to see a recipe, if you can share it.

Homemade chalk is really easy Muria- get some plaster of paris and powdered tempura paint. Mix up your plaster of paris according to the directions, mix in the paint until you get the desired color and pour the mixture into a mold and let it completely dry! Voila! Homemade chalk! http://familycrafts.about.com/cs/craftsupplies/ht/SidewalkChalk.htm

I managed my Machine Embroidery last week, and this week's project #1 is the Crafty Housewares - Reconstrcuted that's actually part of the same project! I'll post it all when it's done.

I realize to catch up I'll need 2 projects a week, so I'm going to try for a second project this week, something for my Halloween swap and also a board I'm missing. (And because of the way my work shifts are, I've been counting weeks as ending on Sunday lately).
