Euphony - thank you. It is the combo of all the ingredients whipped together for a long time that gives it the emulsified look.

btw if you rub you hands on stainless steel after cutting onions or garlic some kind of whitchcraft (or possibly chemical reaction) takes place and the smell dissapears *poof*  you can still use the scrub tho cos i love the smell of coffee
