oh my gosh! that is AWESOME!!!!! I love it, the shape is terrific! So you felted the sweater and when it was felted to your satisfaction you cut it up? I have wanted to try that, now I need to find a sweater. Does it have to be 100% wool?    Great bag! :O)

thanks...... and 100% wool, the ones that say hand wash and line dry..... I washed it on hot and dried it on high.......

and your grandaughter is getting so big, love the curls Grin

Wow!  So, you did an amazing job felting the piece in the first place, because cable never turns out right for me!!
Then you pieced together a sweet shape for a purse!
Then you added in lots of adorable details which are fabulous!
