Oh, pppft!, I understand that!   I sew slower than continental drift, but I'm a fast crocheter.  I hear ya!

All this talk of poison ivy makes me itch!  My sister and I used to get it every summer from helping my dad hay.  It would get all over us, including our faces.  My sophomore year my first day of school I was swollen like a balloon .  . .

In my little crafting land I am working on something for my partner that requires seed stitch . . .  I HATE seed stitch.  It gives me a migraine.  Since what I am making is tiny it isn't as bad as it could be, though.  And now that I see what the pattern is I realized that garter stitch will give about the same effect.  The next one should go much faster and I might even get three in the set given the 2 hour limit.  Hope you all are well.  Rock on!

I was crafting with an hour time limit in mind (not quite sure where I came up with that number, now that I think about it!) ... now I'm wondering if I should open the package and add another to the set of something I did.  

ETA: I opened the box and added something (I promise, the set is still a small, based on time!)

I just finished one small. This is a small, I promise...I feel like Ari, I can do this craft really darned fast. Really!

Based on the swap guidelines, we'll go with 2 hours or less.

ok....so......small=2 hours(or less)
                3 smalls needed for this swap (and no more)
               
                2 hours x 3 items = 6 hours

..................a s long as we dont go over the 6 hours and have at least three items.....can we split the hours however we want......

I'm assuming we can?? It seems logical, but not in the way that you would divide it up to be one medium and two incy wincy little poofs of nothing. >> I think that dividing up the hours would be alright as long as it's not DRASTIC. But to be safe, we refer to the mighty swap master, Aiki. >> When she gets back on and checks.  hehe...

This swap will be a total stash buster for me....  I leave tomorrow for a business trip - after I get to my co-workers, we have a three hour drive - and he's driving so I get to craft....  Yay!!!!!   

If I don't forget anything, I should be able to mail when I return.

OH! I forgot, I was going to ask...

Is it okay to make a small set of hand crafted supplies, like appliques? I like to keep them as supplies because they're a lot more versatile, but I still crochet them up. So would that be acceptable as one or part of a small?? (Still taking into consideration the time it takes to make them...?)
