After many years of "experiments" I finally mastered this recipe. My family now requests it every year . When I lived in the dorms i actually sold them to girls who didnt want to meet their beau's mom empty handed . It paid for christmas lol

It is impossible to mess up!

Tawna's stupidly simple Pumpkin Cheesecake
tawna1121: 1 box of no bake cheesecake mix ( I use aldi's brand but any works)
tawna1121: 1 can of Libbys Pumpkin pie mix ( PIE MIX! not pumpkin its the brown label and only comes in large size, you will have a lot left over)
1 gramham cracker crust ( or make the one that comes in the box its easy but messy)
Directions: Read the directions on Mix box but minus 1/2 to 1/3 cup of milk from what it calls for . Add milk to empty mixing bowl. Now add approx 1/2 cup of Pumpkin mix to milk. Mix well.then add the filling mix powder to the milk/puree mixture and blend well
Pour into crust
Refridgerate for 30-45 mins or until firm
Optional: Drizzle carmel ice cream syrup over the top just prior to serving
 Eat and enjoy

Use the leftover pie mix to make a reg pumpkin pie or freeze it for future cheesecakes!
